|Return & Exchange
- - If you have changed your mind/want to cancel your order, you must inform us via email@example.com within 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the products, unless your products are split into several deliveries over different days, in which case you have until 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last delivery to inform us. Once the return/exchange request has been approved you will receive a free returns label to attach onto your parcel. You then need to return the products to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as it was upon receipt including the product packaging, or if you discover any product defects.
- - For any defective products, please submit a return request within 14 days from the receipt of purchase.
- - We cannot accept returns for heavily used products or for individual items that belong to a set.
- The date you submit the request exceeds 14 days from the delivery date.
- Product is damaged due to the consumer's lack of care.
- The value of the product has been significantly reduced due to partial use of product.
- Damage to product packaging.
- For product exchange, the exchange item must be of the same price and PV as the original purchased item.
|Application Period for Refund/Exchange
- In case of a refund, all distributed PV will be readjusted accordingly.
- Fill out the RETURN REQUEST FORM (My Office > Support > Resources) and send along with photos of product(s) to : firstname.lastname@example.org
