How to Register Online

New Membership Registration Procedure
1. Fill out the Membership Registration Form on the website.
2. The Member Registration Number (Membership ID) will be automatically issued on-line.
3. You can then access the product purchasing and business development portals.
How to Maintain Membership
To maintain your membership: A purchase must be made once every 12 months to keep your account active. There is no minimum purchase amount. The 12 month period runs from the month after your latest purchase to the last day of the 12th month. However, the validity period of new members will expire if there are no purchases for 6 months after joining.
Membership Cancellation
Any member can terminate their membership by notifying the relevant branch directly via email or online form. A Member who has requested termination can re-register again after 1 year from the day of cancellation. If a Member has been automatically deactivated due to inactivity, they can re-register again the day after their account was deactivated.
  1. A Member's family members, including partner, children and relatives cannot register for sales until the resigned salesperson re-registers.
  2. If Atomy decides to terminate the contract with a Member, the company will notify the member via email.

Delivery

The orders are dispatched via our Delivery and fulfilment partners. Delivery times may differ although it takes around 5 working days on average.

- Standard delivery - £4.99 for orders under £75 or FREE for orders over £75.
- Express delivery - £7.99 for orders under £75 or £2.99 for orders over £2.99
- We are able to ship to the EU. Additional charges may apply.

Payment Method

Payment can made via our secure online payment portal which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Credit Card Payment
Once you purchase a product, a pre-authorisation payment will be debited and on hold (For online credit card payments, please double check the name of the cardholder and the name of the person who will receive products). Please specify the payment date, and the payment type. Your order will be automatically cancelled if the payment is not completed before the due date.

Returns & Refund

Customer Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax. All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects. Contact us by phone or email to obtain a RETURN AUTHORISATION before Delivery back to us.Your original form of payment will be refunded once the item is inspected and the return is approved. The product's packing material must be in same condition as when received.
Member Returns
Member returns will be processed in accordance with our return policy.
Return Guideline and Procedure
  1. Check the purchase information and receipts: Time of Order or Delivery, Channel of distribution (Atomy direct or via another Member).
  2. If a member: Check if there was a commission awarded by the product purchase.
  3. Prepare the required papers and the product to return: Order receipt, copy of ID, withdrawal form, etc.
  4. Contact Atomy or the Member whom you purchased from via phone or e-mail.
